In case you missed today's The Ethicurean...here's a story on You Tube about kids creating an organic garden in New Orleans...it's called Small Axe Garden...It goes on to talk about Edible Schoolyard in New Orleans too...a program started out west of course...but spreading like beautifully composted soil...
